All rentals require insurance coverage. A comprehensive JSJ Legacy insurance plan ($19/day) is included at checkout and covers collision damage waiver (CDW), third-party liability, and 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Texas. You may decline our plan only if you provide proof of qualifying third-party rental coverage at pickup. No vehicle leaves our Dallas lot uninsured.
Drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver's license held for at least 1 year. International licenses accepted with a valid passport. A $300 hold is placed on the payment card at pickup.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 1 day's rental. No-shows are charged in full.
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. Otherwise a refueling fee of $9/gal applies. EV rentals must be returned at 80%+ charge.
No off-road driving (except Wrangler/Bronco class), no racing, no smoking. Pets allowed in pet-friendly vehicles only — please request at booking.
200 miles/day included for local rentals. Unlimited mileage on out-of-town reservations. Excess mileage billed at $0.35/mi.
Report any incident immediately. With our insurance, your liability is limited to a $500 deductible. Police report required for all collisions.
